Nationwide: Bra – Vo …For National Breastfeeding Awareness Week

To celebrate National Breastfeeding Awareness Week (11th - 17th May 2008) women who are pregnant or breastfeeding have the chance to enter a competition to win £100’s worth of specialist (and gorgeous) undies!

Lots of very interesting speakers.

Leeds - Ikea Ikea are happy for us to have as much space and cake as we need on Wednesday 14th May 11am and are happy to provide a raffle prize or similar. Emma Yates, a therapeutic harpist is coming along to provide us with music and mini harps for toddlers so we just need mums/supporters now. The event itself should start at 11am with mums hopefully getting there a short while before. Press coverage will hopefully be some local papers and regional news. Sarah: 07977 414034 / 0113 2102492
London - Trafalgar Square ITV will be hosting and filming a mass public breastfeeding event in central London on Friday 16th May at noon in Trafalgar Square (north side, outside the National Gallery) to coincide with Breastfeeding Awareness Week.

Anybody who would like to take part is asked to bring a blanket, a baby, a brolly and a bottle of water.
